How are your sheds priced?

Like our garages and carports, our sheds are priced individually, based on your site and design choices. We create a quote on an end-to-end basis, which includes the cost of your design, creating it, the installation, and any support you need throughout the process. How do I design my order?

You can design your order using our software tool, which allows you to input the size of your land and see how your shed, garage, or carport would look. The software also considers the building codes and regulations and will check that your design is safe and up to code. If it is not, it will tell you, allowing you to make adjustments and create your dream shed, without worrying about your safety.

Can I customise my shed?

Do I need planning permission for sheds, garages, or carports in Grafton?

Like other parts of NSW, you might be able to build your shed, garage, or carport without planning permission. If your build complies with the following, you will not need permission:

• The floor area does not exceed 20 meters squared on a lot with an area of 300 meters squared or less

• The floor area does not exceed 50 meters squared in rural zones or residential Zone R5

• The floor area does not exceed 25 meters squared on a lot larger than 300 meters squared in other zones

• The height is not higher than 3 meters above ground level or the roof gutter line if attached to a single-storey dwelling

• The carport, shed or garage is at least 5 meters from any property boundary

If your building does not meet these requirements, you will need to obtain permission from your local council in Grafton.
