2024 Build Of The Year Winners
Building a 7.75m span x 9m deep with 3.9m eave skillion carport is a difficult job anywhere, but even more so when dealing with Region D Cyclonic conditions.
Added to that was the client’s request that the carport/boatport be built to accommodate the unique shape of the block, and the requirement to punch posts through the eave and roof sheets of the existing house to achieve maximum coverage.
Working with the engineering team to use customised angle brackets, Fair Dinkum Builds Karratha were able to achieve this functional and impressive carport/boatport which will easily house a large boat or caravan and leave plenty of room for an additional vehicle.
