We only use the best, Australian materials for our buildings. High-quality Australian steel is used for all of our structures to give you durability while remaining lightweight. Where possible, all of the cladding for your steel building will be sourced in Australia too. Occasionally, some of our materials for extras you add to your shed will be shipped from overseas, but we will let you know what these are and provide a breakdown of the materials included in your shed design.
How do I design my order?
You can design your order using our software tool. The tool allows you to see how your shed, garage, or carport would look in your space, bringing your dream to life. Our tool is designed with building codes and regulations in mind, too, so you can be sure that your design will be safe and fit for purpose. You can also pop into our showroom to speak to our expert team, who can help you design your order.
How do I know my build is compliant?
All of our buildings come with certified engineering plans and certificates of compliance. You will be assured that your shed is safe and compliant, allowing you to use it worry-free. The certificates include compliance with the National Construction Code and the Building Code of Australia. These certificates are crucial if you require final approval from your council for your shed and can be used to pass any building inspections if needed.
Do I need planning permission for sheds, garages, or carports in Singleton?
